In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, advising, and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure a fleet of buses are clean, safe and reliable on the road each day.
This position would suit a Workshop Manager with experience working on PSVs / HGVs / LGVs looking to progress their career in a role that will offer you niche and specialist training alongside extensive career progression.
The Role:
Managing a team of Engineers in the workshop
Motivating staff to meet targets and delivering high standards in the maintenance and cleaning of our buses
Working with Operations Departments to ensure PVR is met at all times
The Person:
Previous Experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor position
Excellent diagnostic skills & knowledge of PCV operations
Looking for a long-term career with technical progression
Looking for full specialist training
