About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Clerical Assistant to support our team in a busy, fast-paced office environment. This role is focused on data processing, accurately transferring handwritten information from job tickets, timesheets and stock lists into our new repairs management system.
You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting operational efficiency during a period of system transition.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and interpret handwritten data from job tickets, timesheets and stock lists
Accurately input data into the new repairs system
Ensure all entries are complete, consistent, and error-free
Manage high volumes of data within tight deadlines
Identify and flag unclear or missing information
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company procedures
Provide general clerical and administrative support as required
About You
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret handwritten information accurately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data systems
