HR Lead

The HR Lead will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources strategy and operations. You will build and develop the HR function, implementing policies and processes that support the company's growth objectives. You will partner with leadership to create a positive workplace culture and drive talent initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Design and manage performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Build and maintain positive employee relations
- Implement compensation and benefits strategies
- Drive learning and development programs
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth companies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
- CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
- Experience with HR systems and analytics
- Proven track record of building positive workplace cultures
