We're partnering with a growing organisation operating across the live events and entertainment sector, delivering a varied portfolio of events, productions and experiences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop a career in event operations, scheduling, project coordination or live productions. You'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of multiple event programmes, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
The Opportunity
You'll support the day-to-day coordination of event schedules, venue and supplier logistics, and project timelines, helping to ensure events progress smoothly from planning through to delivery.
Working alongside experienced operations, production and commercial teams, you'll gain exposure to the full event lifecycle while developing valuable industry and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate venue and supplier communications to support event scheduling and delivery
- Maintain accurate records across booking, scheduling and planning systems
- Track project timelines and monitor progress against key milestones
- Ensure internal teams and external stakeholders receive timely and accurate information
- Support the planning and coordination of UK-wide event programmes and live projects
- Assist with scheduling, administration and logistical planning across multiple concurrent projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with operations, production, commercial and finance teams to support successful project delivery
- Prepare reports, schedules and planning documentation as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience or a strong interest in live events, entertainment, project coordination, venues, hospitality, touring or a related industry
- Positive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams
- Enthusiastic about live experiences and event delivery
