The Opportunity
Reporting to: Managing DirectorLocation: Hyde, Greater Manchester (flexible working with regular travel as required)Salary: £60,000 basic salary plus generous uncapped commission structure
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across automotive retail, OEM and related sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, events and strategic prospecting
- Lead pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations
- Develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and budgets
- Achieve agreed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Creative and design
- Social media
- Paid advertising
- Video and content production
- Branding
- Strategic marketing support
- Work closely with account management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support client retention and long-term account growth
- Help shape sales strategy, pricing structures and commercial positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and pipeline reporting
- Support the development of scalable sales processes and CRM management
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Represent Oceros professionally at meetings, networking events and industry functions
- Act as a brand ambassador for the agency
- Proven track record in sales, business development and commercial leadership
- Automotive B2B experience
- Existing network within automotive retail, OEM or automotive partner environments
- Experience generating and converting new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Experience managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasting
- Agency or marketing services background
- Understanding of digital marketing, creative services and content production
