They now wish to strengthen the commercial real estate team and are willing to consider candidates from newly qualified upwards, from either a regional or London background to work alongside a very supportive partner.
You will be enthusiastic, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice including, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, the property aspects of corporate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, development and property finance.
