Senior Site Manager - Residential
Our client is a long established and highly successful construction main contractor, working across a range of projects including residential, commercial, retail, leisure, mixed use etc.
They’re looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Site Manager to join them on a £40m residential new build near Edgware. The role with operate as No.2 to the project manager and oversee day to day site activity through to completion.
Their ideal candidates will already possess:
* A minimum of 10 years industry experience.
* Previous experience as Senior Site Manager with main contractors.
* Medium / large scale construction project experience on full cycle of project - groundworks, RC frame, internals, externals etc.
* Previous experience as No.2 on medium / large scale construction projects.
* Relevant industry qualifications
