De Plesman opened its doors in March 2025 and has already earned a Michelin Key (which we’re secretly very proud of). We're a boutique hotel located in the former KLM headquarters in The Hague, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building’s history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman’s wife, or unwind at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesman himself. A dynamic spot between the dunes and the city where The Hague’s heritage comes to life.

What will you be doing?
Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;
Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;
Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;
Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;
Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
Keeping the work area clean;
Small print:
You have 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role. You’ll be on top of our list if you gained this experience at a 4/5-star hotel.
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
You speak English fluently
You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
