Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete payroll processing for temporary workers
- Applying and monitoring laws and regulations related to payroll administration
- Handling complex payroll issues
- Conducting checks and audits of payroll administration
- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within payroll and back-office processes
- Communicating legislative changes to the organization and providing support with reporting and corrections
- Working with payroll, back-office, and time-tracking systems
- You have completed a PDL program (or equivalent) and have several years of experience in payroll, preferably in the staffing industry
- You have in-depth professional knowledge of:
- Payroll calculations, taxes, and social security contributions
- ABU/NBBU collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
- Payroll regulations
- You work in a structured, accurate, and results-oriented manner and are a strong team player
- You communicate clearly and can explain complex matters in an understandable way
- You think in terms of solutions and are not afraid to be critical within the framework of laws and regulations
- Knowledge and experience working with Mysolution
- You are digitally savvy and quickly get the hang of new systems
- An SEU certificate is a plus, or you are willing to obtain one
