As an Analytics Engineer, you’re part of the People Analytics & Data team. This full-stack team includes data engineers, analytics engineers, and analysts, all focused on making HR and recruitment data accessible and insightful. You build and maintain complex data products by transforming raw data into meaningful insights, ensuring consistency and reliability.
You use SQL and data modeling to handle analytics codebases, publish products, and maintain the data catalog. Data governance is your middle name, ensuring data is trustworthy and easy to access across the organization. Beyond building, you actively share knowledge with your colleagues, coaching them on data analytics best practices. Together, you make data-driven decisions the norm at Coolblue.

- Familiar with visualization tools like Looker.
