We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. This position will report directly to the Global Total Rewards Manager and play a crucial role in the analysis, design, and administration of our global compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive expertise in global total rewards practices, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses of compensation and benefits data to support the design and implementation of total rewards programs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and total rewards trends.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark our total rewards practices against market data.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
- Support the development and execution of the global total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Participate in global total rewards projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and insights.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of total rewards programs.
- Assist in the development and communication of total rewards policies and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context, with more than 5 years in the field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with HRIS and compensation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
