We are looking for Front Office Team Members (Receptiemedewerker) to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
What will you be responsible for?· Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth, and a service‑oriented attitude.
· Managing check‑in, check‑out, and all front desk procedures.
· Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.
· Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles.
· Processing payments, invoices, and daily cashier tasks.
· Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
· Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
· Supporting the implementation of procedures and service standards for the hotel opening.
What are we looking for?
· Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles, ideally in 4/5 hotels.
· Experience in hotel openings is a plus.
· Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
· Fluency in English; Dutch is highly valued.
· Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
· Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
