As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play a key role in the production process. You support the assembly department by making sure all parts and components meet the highest quality standards. Your work directly contributes to reliable, high-quality products used by international customers.You work in a cleanroom environment where structure, discipline, and accuracy are essential. At the same time, you are given plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and strengthen your technical skills.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts and components
- Cleaning and drying parts with high precision using ultrasonic baths
- Removing weld discoloration (heat tint) from metal components
- Packing of finished products under climate-controlled conditions
- Preparing shipping documents and labeling of products
- Strictly following cleanroom procedures and quality protocols
- Reporting products as ready and transferring them to logistics
- Actively contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency
Depening on your skills you might be trained in the future of other activities such as operating cutting or bending machines of quality control. You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00), offering variety in your schedule and an attractive shift allowance.
