Welcome, Natural Leader in the World of Consultancy!In this role, you will be “in the lead” when it comes to our projects and advice to clients. Through your efforts, you will ensure that you and your fellow consultants provide clients with the best possible use of TRIMIT. This is our ERP solution built on Microsoft Business Central.
You will do this primarily through your strong people skills and established knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (NAV).
Don't have established Business Central knowledge? No worries: if you have knowledge of an ERP system in the fashion and/or furniture industry, you will also know better than anyone how to coach our consultants. In fact, you will be the colleague our other consultants want to learn from.
Who, what and where?Due to your advisory role and the importance of building good relationships, you will mainly work on location at our clients' premises.
With your extensive experience with Business Central, business processes, and communication, you help clients become more successful. In addition, you are naturally a colleague with whom other consultants can brainstorm.
Every Wednesday you will be with the rest of our team at our office base in Arnhem. These Wednesdays consist of extra brainstorming, time for development, consultation, and making new plans.

Job requirementsYou are – or have:
- Enthusiastic about consulting based on your experience with teamwork, business processes, Business Central, or another ERP system in the fashion or furniture industry;
- Advisory, inspiring, quick‑thinking, and groundbreaking in your approach to our customers;
- Assertive and autonomous in your work, but you recognize the power of teamwork;
- A sparring partner and coach for other consultants;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch;
- Extensive experience with software and ERP systems;
- Working with IT, consultancy, and communication on a daily basis;
- The desire to use your knowledge and skills for a larger group of different companies;
- Enthusiastic about fulfilling the “role model” of Senior Consultant;
- Available 32 to 40 hours (minimum 4 days) per week.
