MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Front Office Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and checking guests in and out with a smile.

Handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.

PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and possesses the following qualities:

Preferably experienced in the hotel sector or holding a diploma from a hotel school.

Fluent in English, with Dutch proficiency being a strong advantage.
-
Familiarity with Opera PMS and Marriott Systems is a significant plus.
-
Excellent communication skills paired with a welcoming demeanor.
-
Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively.

A collaborative team player who fosters a positive work environment.
