What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day
Oversee daily operations across all kitchen sections, including food production, hygiene, and cost control.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes.
Plan and organize work in the Grand Café kitchen in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine.
Contribute creatively to the development of new menu items.
Inspire and motivate the team with your enthusiasm and passion for cooking, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, guiding them in their personal and professional growth.

Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and culinary trends.
Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
