The organization specializes in the development and production of IV bags and blood bags used in hospitals and laboratories across the globe. These products play a vital role in patient care, making precision and quality essential in every step of the process.
You will work in a clean, controlled production environment where hygiene and accuracy are key. Your responsibilities include assembling medical components, connecting tubes and filters, sealing products, and carrying out thorough quality checks. Since these medical devices are used for storing and administering blood, medication, and nutrients, your attention to detail has a direct impact on patient safety.
You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team. Before starting on the production floor, you will receive a comprehensive two-week training program to ensure you are fully prepared. Experience in assembly work is a plus, but not required-what matters most is your precision, motivation, and commitment to contributing to global healthcare.
The position operates on a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday:
- Week 1: 06:00 - 15:00
- Week 2: 15:00 - 00:00

This is what you get in return!
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 32 hours) employment with fixed hours;
- Gross hourly wage of €15,38;
- 25% evening allowance between 18:00 - 24:00 (= €19,23 gross per hour!);
- 200% paid on public holidays;
- Changing clothes allowance of €3,35 per day for wearing a cleanroom suit;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- Good on-the-job training and advancement opportunities!
