Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the Order-to-Cash process
- Maintaining a helicopter view of the full supply chain
- Anticipating issues and proactively coordinating solutions with other teams
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high satisfaction
- Recording customer issues and performing root cause analysis
- Handling financial disputes and processing credit notes when required
- Ensuring accurate order processing, including month-end closing
- Updating and improving internal procedures
- Monthly salary: €3.445 – €4.137 depending on experience
- 25 vacation days, 8.00% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus
- A 32–40 hour contract for 8 months with the possibility of extension based on performance
- Initial period fully on-site for training, followed by hybrid working after a set onboarding period

- Customer Service and Order-to-Cash experience in logistics/supply chain.
- Fluent in English (C1 level);
- Fluent in Italian (C1 level);
