Action Technology is looking for an experienced (IAM) Senior Application Analyst to support and enhance its Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and helping to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

As an (IAM) Senior Application Analyst, you translate business needs into clear functional requirements, collaborate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and developers to clarify scope, support testing and user acceptance, assist stakeholders with managing user roles, access rights, and access reviews, and lead the onboarding of new countries and distribution centers into the IAM system.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Analyst (IAM)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or relevant IT education
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Dutch would be amazing
• Knowledge of the operation and deployment of IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, Active Directory, Entra ID Governance, etc.
• Experience with change management and incident handling
• Experience with ITSM tooling, such as ServiceNow
• Experience in shaping roles and setting up Role Based Access Control
• Experience in setting up authorisation matrices
• Experience with an agile way of working
• Ability to comprehend business requirements from stakeholders and effectively translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience working in an Agile, BizDevOps environment, collaborating closely with business, development, and operations teams to deliver iterative, high-quality IAM solutions
• Willingness to work 3 days on site at Action IHQ and 2 days from home.
