As a Production Worker in Powder Coating, you help ensure that metal products are properly coated and ready for use. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you the process step by step. You do not need previous experience; a practical attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Your responsibilities include:

• Hanging metal products on the powder coating line and removing them once the process is complete;
• Checking finished products for damage, coating defects and other irregularities;
• Cleaning, sanding and preparing metal products;
• Carrying out minor finishing tasks to ensure products meet quality standards;
• Reporting any defects or deviations to your colleagues.

You will work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no evening or night shifts, giving you a consistent routine and free evenings.

• A gross hourly wage starting at €15.02, equivalent to approximately €2,603 gross per month based on 40 hours per week;
• Flexible working hours between 24 and 40 hours per week;
• Fixed daytime working hours, Monday to Friday;
• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;
• ADV compensation and 8.33% holiday allowance;
• Travel allowance and pension contributions from your first working day.

You do not need experience in powder coating or metalworking to get started. You will receive guidance from your colleagues and learn the job as you go. We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work;
• Works accurately and pays attention to quality;
• Is comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods;
• Is reliable and takes responsibility for their tasks;
• Can work independently and as part of a team;
• Can understand work and safety instructions in English, Dutch or German.

Experience in production, metalworking or a similar practical role is an advantage, but not required.

You will join an established metalworking company in Varsseveld that manufactures and finishes a variety of metal products using modern production techniques. The working environment is practical and informal. You will be part of a team of experienced colleagues who will help you learn the job and understand the powder coating process. Quality and safety are important, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills as you gain experience. The location is easily accessible from Doetinchem, Aalten, Lichtenvoorde and Winterswijk, among other places.
