Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer

A senior hands-on consultant who bridges business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
•
• Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
• Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations Core.
• Build Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows.
• Design security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD processes.
• Lead testing, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live, hypercare, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and vendors.
• Apply governance and Microsoft best practices while mentoring delivery team members.
Skills:
•
• Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations Core
• Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages
• Business process flows, business rules, approvals, notifications, and exception handling
• Field Service work orders, scheduling, agreements, customer assets, inspections, inventory, and mobile applications
• JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API, and REST integrations
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and dataflows
• Security roles, teams, business units, field security, and least-privilege access
• Azure DevOps, source control, deployment pipelines, ALM, and CI/CD
• Requirements analysis, solution design, Agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder management
Education:
•
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• CV's can be submitted in English.
• This role can be done remote but the external worker needs to be living in Netherlands as on-site presence in Amsterdam is occassionanly needed.
