Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer

A senior hands-on consultant who bridges business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations Core.
Build Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows.
Design security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD processes.
Lead testing, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live, hypercare, and solution documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and vendors.
Apply governance and Microsoft best practices while mentoring delivery team members.
Skills:

• Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations Core
• Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages
• Business process flows, business rules, approvals, notifications, and exception handling
• Field Service work orders, scheduling, agreements, customer assets, inspections, inventory, and mobile applications
• JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API, and REST integrations
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and dataflows
• Security roles, teams, business units, field security, and least-privilege access
• Azure DevOps, source control, deployment pipelines, ALM, and CI/CD
• Requirements analysis, solution design, Agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder management
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

This role can be done remote but the external worker needs to be living in Netherlands as on-site presence in Amsterdam is occassionanly needed.
