• Strong expertise in Collections, Debt Recovery, Lending, Distressed Client Management, or Risk Management domains.
  
• Hands-on experience with Java (17+), Spring Boot, and the Spring Cloud ecosystem.
  
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
  
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, DevSecOps, and deployment automation.
  
• Familiarity with API Gateway patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
  
• Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments.
  
• Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and developer productivity platforms.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.
