The Head of Enterprise Architecture defines, governs, and evolves Landal's Enterprise Architecture to enable the company's strategic ambitions, digital transformation and future growth. This role translates business strategy into enterprise capabilities, technology roadmaps and architecture principles that enable scalable, secure and future‑proof technology solutions across the organization. It provides enterprise‑wide leadership across Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture and Platform Architecture, establishes technology standards and governance, and guides technology investments to simplify the application landscape and reduce technical debt. The Head of Enterprise Architecture acts as the principal strategic advisor to the CIO on enterprise architecture, technology strategy and investment decisions.
Responsibilities- Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture strategy supporting Landal's business strategy and long‑term technology vision.
- Translate business strategy into enterprise capabilities, target architectures and technology investment roadmaps.
- Own Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture and Platform Architecture across the organisation.
- Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards and decision frameworks.
- Govern enterprise integration, platform architecture and technology standards to enable scalable and reusable solutions.
- Lead application portfolio rationalisation and technology simplification, including build-versus-buy decisions.
- Define enterprise AI architecture principles and guide the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Advise the CIO and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise technology strategy and investment decisions.
- Drive enterprise‑wide technology modernisation and reduction of technical debt.
- Ensure alignment across Product Tech, Engineering, IT Operations, Security and Data & AI.
- Influence strategic technology decisions by challenging vendors, solution designs and investment proposals.
- Build and mature the Enterprise Architecture capability, governance and community across Landal.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience within complex international organisations.
- Proven experience translating business strategy into enterprise architecture, capability models and technology roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of Business, Integration and Platform Architecture, cloud‑native and API‑first environments.
- Experience with hospitality platforms (e.g. CRS, PMS, Offer-to-Cash) and large‑scale technology transformation.
- Experience with AI architecture, application portfolio optimisation and technology governance.
- Annual contract with a trial period; potential for permanent employment.
- Salary between €7,000 and €10,800 gross per month (full‑time).
