Communication | education studies internship: IT learning program management

Introduction

The ASML IT & Data organization is a sector within ASML with around 3000 employees that provide services to the ASML business. In the sector, a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is adopted.

Your assignment

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Learning & Development team, supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning programs in collaboration with the IT & Data Learning team and expert trainers.
As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and continuous improvement of several high-visibility learning programs. Your contributions will directly support the development of critical skills and the effective transfer of knowledge across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
• Collaborate with trainers and the IT & Data Learning team to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality learning experience.
• Monitor and support the onboarding journey for new IT & Data employees through the IT & Data Onboarding Program.
• Contribute to the Gateway Program for graduates by helping manage sessions, materials, and feedback loops.
• Support the IT Architect Excellence Program by coordinating sessions and gathering insights to enhance program effectiveness.
• Identify and suggest improvements to learning processes to optimize knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
• Facilitate learning programs for IT and data employees.

This internship is suitable for a bachelor or master internship. The start date of this assignment is as soon as possible, with a duration of 6-12 months, minimum 4 days per week - wherefrom 50% on-site.

Your profile

To be the a fit for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in Communications, HR, Education, Business Administration, Content Creation or something related;
• Have experience with learning design and project management
• Are proficient in English, both written and verbally;
• Have an affinity with IT and the Agile way of working.
• Are pro active, self propelling and precise.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);
• You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.
