Working closely with Planning, Merchandising, Sports, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, you will act as a key connector translating strategy into commercial execution. You will own end-to-end assortment and stock planning, continuously adjusting in-season plans based on performance to maximize upside and manage risk.
You will use statistical analysis and data-driven insights to validate demand assumptions, identify patterns, and improve forecast accuracy. You will also contribute to cross-functional decision-making, highlight risks and opportunities, and support fast, informed actions in a dynamic environment.
