Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and talent management, compensation, payroll administration, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Support the development and execution of local people priorities aligned with business objectives and Group HR strategy.
- Actively contribute as a member of the local Management Team.
- Partner with leaders and employees to address business and people challenges, providing expert HR guidance and practical solutions that support organizational goals.
- Manage and oversee temporary labor relations and related activities within the area of responsibility.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to the business, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, promoting HR initiatives, and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation, company policies, and HR standards, mitigating risk and supporting a compliant work environment.
- Build and develop organizational capability by ensuring teams are effectively structured, resourced, and supported, and lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a generalist or specialist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment processes.
- Professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach.
