We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive productivity and efficiency by managing lead qualification, data entry and analysis, and operational support. This position partners closely with growth and revenue leadership to streamline workflows, ensure accurate pipeline records, and provide actionable insights that enhance decision‑making and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Manage sales data integrity, including CRM administration, and ensure accurate pipeline record‑keeping.
- Perform outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and best practices to improve team efficiency.
- Partner with Growth and Revenue leadership to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support resource allocation for new business opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to enhance sales tools, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in or knowledge of the digital marketing industry.

This role is subject to the company’s Return to Office policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of an office location, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week according to the current policy.
Monks provides a compensation range that represents a good faith estimate of the pay for this position: $69,000—$81,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined based on job‑related factors and not on protected status.
