Responsibilities- Customer support related queries: helping customers to access information and use the platform.
- Answering queries regarding investment products (options, turbos, futures, etc.) and trading systems.
- Providing information about Saxo Bank products (Self‑Investing and Asset Management) and proactively offering these product options.
- Dialogue with clients about investment opportunities and informing about current events in the market.
- Complete internal training and courses such as DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity.
- Fluency in French and Dutch (CEFR/IELTS level C1 and above).
- Organized, eager to learn, and able to stay on top of several tasks at the same time.
- Enjoy helping clients and have a curious, problem‑solving mindset.
- Completed secondary education (e.g., MBO, junior college, lycée high school, A‑levels, Secondary level 2).
- Demonstrated genuine interest in learning about investing and financial markets.
