Your missionSupport the growth of our Dutch entity, taking full ownership of all operational HR and office processes for a small team of around 12 employees.
Responsibilities- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, from onboarding to office logistics.
- Build and manage the operational backbone of our new office in The Netherlands.
- Act as the central point of contact for employees and management in The Netherlands.
- Work closely with the central People & Operations teams to align on global.
HR Operations
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, changes, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits coordination (in partnership with central HR).
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and internal policies.
- Maintain and optimize operational HR processes for scalability in cooperation with global people team processes and compliance.
Office Management
- Set up and manage the new office (including space planning, vendor management, and logistics).
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, access, travel, maintenance, etc.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and office policies.
- Coordinate local office budgets, invoices, and service contracts.
- Act as first point of contact for all office-related topics.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team gatherings in cooperation with global people team.
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Human Resoures, Law or similar relevant field of expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HR and Office Management
- At least 2 years of experience with Payroll activities within The Netherlands
- Strong understanding of dutch employment law and HR Processes
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- You are happy to work autonomously with little supervision
- Hands‑on proactive and solution oriented mindset
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive topics
