- Develop and own a clear, multi season assortment and stock plan aligned to consumer demand and commercial goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of seasonal buy plans, ensuring optimal product availability and marketplace health.
- Manage rolling Stock & Sales Plans, balancing revenue, margin, and inventory targets.
- Monitor in-season performance and proactively adjust plans to capture opportunities or mitigate risks.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sport teams to align strategies and execution.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making across stakeholders.
- Drive responsiveness by identifying risks and opportunities early and acting decisively in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to key business moments by presenting performance insights, opportunities, and actions in a clear and compelling way.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making.
