About the Role

Our global partner is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to elevate the recruitment technology landscape across the organization. In this high‑impact individual contributor role, you will own the design, configuration, and optimization of core Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday Recruitment, Paradox, and HiredScore, and ensure they seamlessly support hiring teams worldwide.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, HR stakeholders, People Systems Architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into technology solutions. By strengthening the performance, usability, and governance of our TA systems, you will directly influence hiring efficiency, data integrity, automation, and the overall candidate and recruiter experience across a global ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR, technology, and product, enjoys improving processes at scale, and is passionate about building systems that enable smarter, more efficient hiring.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for core TA systems (Workday Recruitment, Paradox, HiredScore), including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration coordination, and deployment.
  • Act as the functional expert for TA technology, providing hands‑on support and guiding cross‑functional teams through enhancements, new features, and system rollouts.
  • Partner with functional SMEs, Process Owners, People Systems Architects, and external vendors to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with the broader People Technology roadmap.
  • Challenge existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define best‑practice system workflows that increase automation, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment across downstream systems, integrations, IT security requirements, GDPR, and architectural standards during any implementation or change.
  • Oversee configuration planning by coordinating efforts with system teams and third‑party partners to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
  • Support adoption of new system capabilities by documenting requirements, validating technical solutions, and driving user enablement.
  • Partner with vendor management teams to assess new tools, evaluate service performance, and support contract decisions ensuring optimal solutions for People Systems.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior specialists and system users to strengthen TA tech proficiency across the organization.
  • Maintain visibility with senior and executive stakeholders by ensuring alignment on People Systems strategy, architecture, integration, and operational impact.
What You Bring
  • 5-8 years of experience working with Talent Acquisition technology, HRIS, or People Systems within complex, global environments.
  • Deep functional expertise in Workday Recruitment and/or other TA systems (ATS/CRM); bonus points for experience with Paradox, HiredScore, or broader HR tech solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with HR, Product, IT, Compliance, and vendor partners.
  • Ability to challenge processes, introduce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence without authority.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to operate independently in fast‑changing environments.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and an eagerness to dive into technical and functional complexity.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Experience with cloud‑based HR systems such as ServiceNow, Docebo, SAP, or Mulesoft
  • Background in HR technology implementations or system integrations
  • Exposure to product management or structured delivery frameworks
  • Understanding of GDPR, SOX, and IT security requirements
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
