We are looking for a Managing Director to spearhead our technical roadmap and product execution. You will be responsible for defining the Software Engineering North Star at GreenFlux, focusing on developer velocity, platform scalability, and modular tech architecture. By fostering deep alignment with the group’s wider tech entities, you will help guide the teams to translate technical debt and innovation trade-offs into action plans for our next stage of growth. Your mission is to synchronize technical roadmaps across group entities while institutionalizing a high-performance engineering culture capable of supporting hyper-scale business objectives.
- As Managing Director you will be the driving force behind our product strategy, technology roadmap, and organizational scaling.

- You lead the organization within a dual leadership structure alongside our existing Managing Director, focusing on the technical side of the business while your counterpart drives commercial growth.
- You take on strategic oversight for Software Engineering and Product Management, empowering both areas to deliver on our technical and product roadmaps while ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment.
- You report directly to the VP eMobility SaaS Platforms & Solutions at DKV Mobility and play a key role in aligning our Amsterdam operations with the broader group strategy.
- You collaborate closely with the product and tech teams of other CPMS units across the group to synchronize efforts toward a first‑class, unified backend and CPMS ecosystem.
- You drive the evolution of our SaaS platform and oversee the full technology and product lifecycle, ensuring that our roadmap is innovative, customer‑centric, stable, and technically robust.
- You work closely with other CPMS business units within the DKV Mobility Group to align technical roadmaps and product strategies, leveraging group strengths to build a coherent ecosystem.
- You partner with the VP SaaS Platforms & Solutions at DKV Mobility to translate market dynamics into a long‑term product strategy that keeps GreenFlux at the forefront of the eMobility SaaS platform market.
- You refine internal structures to ensure agility and efficiency, breaking down silos, and fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
- You collaborate with HR to nurture our multicultural environment with more than 35 nationalities, focusing on talent density and leadership mentoring.
- You hold P&L responsibility in close cooperation with the VP SaaS Platforms & Solutions at DKV Mobility, support budget planning, and ensure that resources are effectively allocated to drive product innovation.
- You bring a strong background in leading technology‑driven product organizations.
- You have solid technical expertise and many years of experience in product management, with a clear understanding of the architectural requirements of growing platforms.
- You are able to motivate large cross‑functional teams and provide clear strategic direction.
