What is the position
As a HR Business Partner you support the commercial functions in Europe as a proactive sparring partner for all people related activities along the whole employee lifecycle. For this position is very important to possess good business acumen, a global understanding of the key HR processes and analytical skills. A natural curiosity to learn about our commercial activities, a drive to improve our HR processes, and mobility to travel to different sales offices in Europe will be key to be successful in this role. You will be based from our Amsterdam office with direct report to Senior HR Manager.
What are the responsibilities:
- Business Partner: Work closely with people managers of commercial function across Europe and build relationship as a trusted advisor
- Operations: Support entire employee life cycle, from recruitment, onboarding to performance management, talent management, learning and career development, rewards cycle, engagement surveys, exits, etc.
- Reporting: Provide key HR analytics to support decision making, including MIS reports, organizational charts and EPR updates
- Projects: Support in deployment of various HR initiatives (e.g. HR digitalization, employee engagement, organizational design)

Do you have what it takes (requirements)
- You have at least Bachelor diploma (WO/HBO) in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or similar
- You have minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR, as of which minimum 2 years as HRBP to commercial teams
- Good understanding of different HR areas (such as recruitment, rewards, talent, etc.)
- You can easily switch between hands-on and strategic tasks
- Proven experience in managing employee relations
- Proven ability to build relationships with different levels of seniority and functions
- You are a team player, with strong communication & analytical skills
- You speak English on a proficient level, any other European language is advantage
- Flexibility to travel to different sales offices in Europe
