Your Role

As a Team Lead Operations Putaway & Picking, you are at the center of our fulfillment operation. Together with your team, you will determine the success of our operation in the bol. Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk.

In this role, you will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically within the Putaway & Picking department. Your team consists of 13 operators, seasonal flex workers, and two Team Coordinators who are specialized in the process. You inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals, and you actively contribute to the development of your people.

Naturally, you are closely involved in optimizing the design of your sub‑process and improving your team’s performance. As Team Lead Logistics, you report directly to the Operations Manager of the Putaway & Picking department. You will work in two shifts: morning and evening.

What are you going to do?

• Managing, coaching, developing and evaluating the employees in your team;
• Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPIs and plans;
• In cooperation with your colleagues and the control room you make the right decisions for an optimal overall process;
• Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources;
• Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process;
• Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses;
• Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling;
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S).

Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and who already live within commuting distance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

• You will receive a monthly salary between €2.946,90 and €4.187,42 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You start with a one‑year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
