Our Rapid team is looking for a passionate Mendix Engineer to join our dynamic scrum team and make a real difference.
Your jobYour role in the Rapid team:
- Design and develop swift, high-impact Mendix solutions that support our stakeholders in their critical risk management work. Your creations will play a vital role in protecting the bank and its clients.
- Monitor and maintain Mendix solutions to ensure seamless operation and high availability, guaranteeing uninterrupted service for our users.
- Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure to enable efficient, scalable, and secure deployments. You'll maintain a reliable development and deployment ecosystem that supports business continuity.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and your scrum team to envision the future from a technical and IT perspective, driving forward-thinking solutions.

You will be part of the Non-Financial Risk grid, collaborating with a diverse, fun, and hardworking group. We provide a flexible working environment with two days per week in the office, alongside a monthly grid-level collaboration day where you can engage and align with colleagues across the grid.
Your profileTo succeed in this role, you bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Mendix Studio Pro (building apps, microflows, domain models, pages, and security implementation).
- Strong understanding of Mendix architecture (multi-tenant, cloud-native, low-code principles).
- Experience with version control, automated testing, and monitoring in Mendix.
- Sufficient knowledge of REST APIs and CSS/JavaScript to integrate and customize solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Knowledge of the Azure platform and Azure DevOps pipelines for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD).
- And, as you’ll be part of an international team, you are fluent in English.
