In this position, you lead diverse improvement projects within Logistics Operations and contribute to cross‑sector initiatives. You are responsible for designing efficient processes, selecting suppliers, and training colleagues to ensure solutions are secured and standardized. By analyzing data and initiating structural improvements, you act as a catalyst for change, bridging the gap between strategic design and the reality of the work floor.

To succeed in this challenging environment, you bring a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience. You meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
• At least 4 to 7 years of experience in operational logistics and engineering, preferably within high‑tech assembly.
• Proven track record in project management and a deep understanding of Lean principles and change management.
• Strong technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally experience with SAP‑ECC/EWM.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch being a distinct advantage for connecting with the work floor.

As a natural team player and change agent, you easily navigate between supporting and leading roles to achieve maximum team performance. • A salary between € 4.500,- and € 5.400,- per month based on 40 hours per week.
• A contract for one year, for 40 hours a week
