Logistics Engineer

Our warehouse campus in Roosendaal continues to grow, and so does our Engineering team! That’s why we are looking for a new Project Engineer who, with fresh ideas, will help our departments work even more effectively and efficiently.

You will be part of the Operational Excellence team within the campus. Your base will be one of our warehouses in Roosendaal, but you will also work on projects that impact multiple locations and processes across the campus. You will report directly to the Engineering Lead and collaborate with a team of engineers with various areas of expertise. Together, you will drive the continuous improvement and development of our campus.

As a Project Engineer, you will contribute to the optimization and innovation of our warehouse operations. You will work on diverse projects and be involved in both planning and execution.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leading and supporting projects of varying complexity, based on site annual plans and central innovations;
• Taking ownership of a workstream in, for example, new customer implementations, internal relocations, or innovations;
• Maintaining communication with stakeholders through project meetings and planning;
• Drafting process descriptions and performing data analyses to support project participants and stakeholders in decisions and improvements;
• Proactively identifying improvements in operations and (innovative) warehousing solutions;
• Focusing not only on executing annual plans but also on developing your own hard and soft skills.

Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities and skills?

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering is preferred;
• Bachelor’s/Master’s level of education in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics;
• Experience in project-based work;
• Experience with ERP, WMS systems, and MS Office;
• Excellent social and communication skills;
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is preferred but not essential.

As a Project Engineer, you will also receive:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,494.76 and €4,801.13 plus 8% holiday allowance (based on experience and education level);
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
• Employment conditions under our own CEVA collective labor agreement, including 25 vacation days and 5 additional days (ADV) for full-time employment;
• A profit‑sharing bonus of up to 3% if company results are positive, and a solid pension plan;
• A phone and laptop, which may also be used privately;
