YOUR ROLE

As a Team Lead Controlroom, you will manage a team of 28 Controlroom Specialists, both directly and indirectly (they work in two shifts, while you work in one). You will elevate the team's performance and guide the specialists in their personal and professional development within CEVA Logistics.

Your team consists of Process-, Operations-, Equipment- and Data Specialists, a dynamic mix of both starters and experienced colleagues. This requires a flexible and coaching leadership style, allowing you to seamlessly switch between directing, supporting, and developing your team.

Together with your team, you will monitor system performance, optimize processes, and provide daily reports, analyses, and recommendations. With these insights, you contribute to evaluating and continuously improving performance at KPI level. You will work closely with the customer, logistics specialists, Operations Managers, Capacity Planning, and various other partners.

• Lead and coach a team and motivate them to consistently perform at a high level.
• Balance between tactical meetings with the customer and operational challenges within your team.
• Strive for the best results, continuously seeking improvements and process optimizations, setting priorities, and maintaining oversight.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical insight, and the ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.
• Ensure a controlled and safe start-up and operation of systems, including the Warehouse Control System and Warehouse Management System.

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

Do you recognize yourself in the following qualifications and traits?

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics or a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Proven experience as a team leader managing a team of professionals.
• Resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is an advantage.

• A monthly salary between €3,627.68 and €5,318.79, depending on your experience and educational background.
