As Data Analyst in Procurement at NTS, you play a key role in the transformation of our procurement organization from a decentralized to a managed structure. You support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized procurement processes and procedures. With a strong focus on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), compliance, and performance management, you help ensure consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all procurement activities.

• Designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining standardized procurement processes and guidelines.

• Supporting the rollout and adoption of procurement processes across local and regional procurement teams.

• Developing and maintaining ESG-related procurement standards, checklists, and reporting frameworks.

• Monitoring supplier compliance with ESG requirements and supporting internal and external audits.

• Tracking process adherence, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supporting KPI reporting and developing dashboards to monitor procurement performance.

• Creating training materials and organizing workshops for procurement stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, process management, or a similar role.

• Solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices; experience with ESG or sustainability is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
