Service Engineer

We are now looking for an experienced and hands on Service Engineer for our Marine segment to join our team in the Netherlands.

As a Service Engineer you are responsible for repairs of our Fire and Gas Detection Systems, VDRs (Black Boxes), Speed‑logs, Emission Monitoring Systems. Depending on experience, commissioning of new projects, refits and annual inspections of these systems are also part of the work. In this position you work on ships, shipyards and offshore platforms. Consilium will provide product (and offshore) training at our factory in Sweden. The working area will be mainly, but not limited to Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Antwerp and Zeebrugge.

We are looking for you who is willing to take on your next challenge and ready to support our business to go to the next level. You have obtained an MTS, MBO 3/4 Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation with relevant work experience. We believe that you have necessary certificates and/or licenses. Furthermore, you have a superb work ethic as well as a growth mindset. We also believe that you have good commercial and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational & communication skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is required for this position. You are fluent in English and preferable also Dutch. This position requires you to hold an European passport.
