As a Senior Hardware Engineer (PCBA Developer), you will take ownership of the design, development, and optimization of PCBAs across the FeelGroup product portfolio. You will lead complex hardware projects involving microcontrollers, wireless connectivity, and power‑sensitive designs, working closely with firmware, industrial design, QA, and manufacturing partners.
This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on delivering robust, production‑ready hardware for high‑volume manufacturing, while ensuring regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and long‑term reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex PCB schematics and layouts with a strong focus on robustness, signal integrity, and manufacturability
- Lead the integration of Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth solutions, collaborating closely with firmware engineers on interfaces and communication protocols
- Drive advanced analog and digital circuit design, minimizing noise, interference, and power consumption
- Optimize designs for mass production, including component selection, BOM management, and collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers
- Ensure compliance with international standards (FCC, CE, IC) and perform EMI/EMC pre‑compliance testing
- Design and implement efficient power management systems, including Li‑ion/Li‑Po batteries, charging circuits, and low‑power architectures
- Perform simulations, measurements, debugging, and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and safety
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for designs, testing procedures, and production handover
You are a seasoned hardware engineer who enjoys taking ownership and turning complex requirements into reliable, manufacturable designs. You are comfortable working across disciplines, proactively solving problems, and mentoring others when needed. You combine strong technical depth with a pragmatic, production‑oriented mindset.
