As Project Engineer NPI, you will be responsible for supporting projects for new high precision parts and/or high-tech modules. You will participate in a multidisciplinary project team and together with the project manager you will be the point of contact for customers on a technical commercial level. You will be involved early on in the engineering phase to make manufacturability proposals and after the assignment, you will take responsibility for industrialization together with the project manager. You deliver a stable and fully developed production process, including agreements with partners and suppliers.

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies for parts, focusing on machining and non-machining manufacturing techniques.
• Secure the manufacturing process by capturing and organizing production flow.
• Provide feedback to development teams to ensure feasibility in terms of quality, engineering, logistics and cost.
• Release and capture technical aspects.
• Organize review meetings with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and achieve release.
• Provide technical support to work preparation and assembly during prototype and pilot production.
• Analyze drawings, sketches, photographs or CAD models to develop a process plan for manufacturing high precision parts and assemblies.
• Design of tools for the purpose of production.
• Initiate and supervise development projects.

• A gross monthly salary between €3000 and €5000, depending on your experience and skills.
• A permanent contract from the first day of work.
