Our tech is used by Coinbase, Exodus, Opera browser and hundreds of other platforms for their 'fiat onramping' stack. By partnering with the best fiat-to-crypto payment gateways and presenting them in a single plugin their users can then buy crypto easily in-platform when needed. This is one of the most important intersections for web3/meta.
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a keen interest in the development of modern web platforms, as well as the ambition for personal growth and innovation. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll be taking a lead on some of the most important and core parts of our platform.
About You and Job ResponsibilitiesYou’re pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of experience. You communicate well and enjoy working in a startup team. Above all, you’re curious about the world and passionate about what you do. The thought of working on one of the hottest platforms that bridges the traditional financial world with the world of cryptocurrencies genuinely excites you.
As a fullstack engineer, you're passionate about building high-quality scalable applications end-to-end. You likely have a stronger engineering background in either frontend or backend, but you can still be productive in both while possessing expertise in one or more common server-side programming languages (such as Java, Golang, Python, C#, JavaScript/Node, etc).
On the frontend side, you are capable of developing web applications in TypeScript (or JavaScript) and dealing with HTML/CSS. You have worked with at least one of the popular frontend frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), and build tools (like npm or webpack).
And when it comes to the backend, you have prior experience in building data-intensive applications and working knowledge of database modeling and design. You feel comfortable when dealing with message queues, streams, caching layers, and REST APIs, as well as likely have some experience integrating with external APIs too.
On top of all that, you're familiar with version control workflows, as well as have a good understanding of security and best practices for developing secure applications (for example, the Twelve-Factor App principles). Automated testing and testability are not an afterthought for you either.
