Our Enterprise clients rely on seamless integrations between Publitas and their existing ecosystems, from product feeds and APIs to custom workflows and automation.

This role ensures that every technical implementation not only works flawlessly but also adds long‑term value to our clients’ business.

You’ll combine technical expertise, project management, and client‑facing consultation to ensure each integration is delivered efficiently, documented clearly, and continuously improved.

• Design: Architect new custom features and integrations or enhance existing solutions to meet client‑specific needs.

• Development: Build and implement scalable solutions using both client‑side (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server‑side (micro‑services, RESTful APIs, etc.) technologies.

• Quality: Ensure technical integrity, system stability, and compliance with Publitas standards.

• Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to guarantee seamless integration with core Publitas functionality.

• Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration, customization, and compatibility issues across client environments.

• Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive records of all custom work to ensure knowledge transfer and transparency.

• Accountability: Manage and maintain project estimates in the Services Estimate pipeline (Hubspot).

• Lead integration projects end‑to‑end, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

• Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), technical specifications, implementation, and test plans.

• Keep project tools (e.g., Asana) updated and accurate.

• Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders, with consistent updates, notes, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and Technical Consultants to prepare accurate cost estimates and project timelines.

• Work directly with clients to understand their technical goals and translate them into Publitas solutions.

• Deliver remote or on‑site technical training on client‑specific integrations.

• Guide clients through software updates, enhancements, and pilot programs to ensure smooth adoption.

• Provide actionable feedback to the Product team to inform roadmap priorities.

• Support pre‑sales efforts by providing technical expertise and feasibility validation when needed.

• Partner with Solution and Technical Engineers to refine and optimize Publitas’ integration processes.

• Proactively identify new tools, workflows, and opportunities to boost integration speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Expand and enhance the Publitas plugin and integration ecosystem.

• Monitor live integrations to ensure ongoing stability and swift issue resolution.

• Streamline processes to improve efficiency across all delivery phases.

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical implementations or integrations in a SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, micro‑services, and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Solid understanding of software development life cycles, documentation, and QA best practices.

• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in remote, asynchronous setups.

• Background in retail, publishing, or martech environments is a plus.

• Salary: €50,000–€70,000 per year (gross), depending on your experience level and location.
