This position sits at the heart of our Venray Distribution Center, overseeing all administrative processes linked to inbound, outbound, customs, transportation, and internal warehouse flows.

- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse Warehouse Administration Team (Supervisor, Coordinators, Administrators).
- Chair daily Short-Term Meetings to set priorities for all warehouse flows.
- Ensure excellent service to EMEA and selected global markets, managing expectations and communicating performance.
- Oversee administrative processes related to transportation, customs, WMS/Oracle systems, and event logistics.
- Ensure customs compliance within the bonded warehouse and adherence to AEO/C-TPAT regulations.
- Drive improvements in systems, processes, and team efficiency; lead related projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments, carriers, 3PLs, and authorities.
- Support talent development and a positive team culture within the team.
- Be the backup of the Director Distribution and Logistics Northern Europe, Central Eastern Europe and Eurasian markets.
- Higher vocational degree (HBO); customs certification is a plus.
- 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- Experience with WMS (preferably Oracle) and understanding of customs, bonded warehouse processes, and transport flows.
- Comfortable navigating complex operations and working with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong system knowledge (Oracle WMS, Duty Management Systems).
- Proficiency in MS Office and solid analytical skills.
