In this company, they go full throttle every day to tackle questions around laws, taxes and financial rules. It's a big job, and it takes plenty of brainpower and tech. Luckily, you are the one writing the code, solving bottlenecks and helping build the AI tools that power legal tech products.
Who is this for?
Your work supports software that helps lawyers, in-house legal teams and compliance professionals with their daily challenges. Complex features, smart algorithms and AI technologies are coming at you from every angle, but you make sure everything runs reliably and the team can build and improve efficiently. The team is growing too, so you'll be working closely with more and more colleagues over time.
Cool! What do I actually do?
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work at the core of the AI products for legal professionals. You develop features from backend to frontend, build APIs, interfaces and integrations, and make sure everything is secure, scalable and high-performing. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers, product and design teams to brainstorm, test and implement new functionalities.
You'll work a lot with AI technologies, from algorithms to AI coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code, contributing to solutions that actually add value for users. You'll also analyze processes, spot bottlenecks and turn complex challenges into workable code. Together with your team in Germany and other international colleagues, you make sure projects move forward, software runs smoothly and AI features keep evolving.
Can I handle this...
You have at least three years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a full stack role, but more experience is welcome. You're strong in Python, especially FastAPI and async programming, and also have solid skills in TypeScript and Javascript. You have experience with frameworks like Angular or React, or you're open to learning Svelte. Experience with AI technologies is a big plus, including AI coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code. You enjoy working in an agile team, take a pragmatic approach and own your work. You communicate fluently in English, German is a plus, Dutch is not required.
You can work well with people from different backgrounds and personalities, adapt your style to whoever you're working with, and build strong relationships. You show up, are open, and give as much as you take so collaboration really works both ways.
What about the package?
You can expect a base salary of €50,000 to €56,000 per year and an excellent pension plan. You'll spend two days a week at the office, and the rest of the week you can work from home. Of course, a laptop and phone are provided. Ready to hit the ground running every day? Apply today and we'll talk soon!
