Solution Architect (ID:3364)

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Translate complex business needs into sustainable, scalable IT and data solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and data strategy.
• Analyze business challenges and define clear solution directions at domain and product levels.
• Design end-to-end solutions by integrating process, data, application, and technology layers.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, security, compliance, and IT policies.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Testers.
• Document solution designs according to agreed standards, methodologies, and working frameworks.
• Validate proposed solutions against architecture standards and quality frameworks.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Solution Architecture, Functional Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• A completed HBO/WO-level education, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, business analysis, and data management frameworks such as TOGAF, DYA, BABOK, DAMA.
• Hands‑on experience with modeling methodologies and tools, including BPMN, ArchiMate, ER diagrams.
• Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

You should possess the ability to:

• Build, manage, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels.
• Translate abstract business needs into concrete, well‑structured solution designs.
• Balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
• Think analytically and conceptually while maintaining a result‑oriented mindset.
• Take ownership, identify opportunities, and proactively drive improvements.
