As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll help financial organizations boost efficiency by building and scaling GenAI solutions. You’ll work on real-world challenges—from modernizing infrastructure to automating processes with AI—always with performance, security, and compliance in mind.
For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation, therefore we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands.
What you do:- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure GenAI platforms and infrastructure tailored to the needs of financial institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data scientists, modelers, and domain experts) to integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise environments
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and full-stack solutions to support use cases such as regulatory reporting, risk assessment, client engagement, and internal process automation
- Enable capabilities like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent-based orchestration, and real-time inference at scale
- Lead the implementation of DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in secure and regulated environments
- Drive client engagement and support business development by identifying opportunities to scale GenAI solutions within financial ecosystems
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying our values: quality and value, trust and ownership
- 3–5 years in Platform/DevOps/Software Engineering in the Financial Services domain, ideally in Consulting
- A relevant technical MSc degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics)
- Hands‑on experience with Python (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), Cloud, IaC, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with the financial services space, regulations, or risk/data systems
- A good grasp of software design, security, and scalable architecture
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for learning and solving tough problems with new tech
- Based in the Netherlands (we do not offer relocation but we sponsor visas)
