As a Marine Piping Designer, you will be central to the design and development of advanced naval vessels.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and assess specifications. Evaluate technical requirements for all piping systems and confirm that designs meet project goals, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop engineering packages. Set up and model basic engineering packages in a 3D environment, following established engineering rules and documentation standards.
- Support detailed engineering and production. Translate basic designs into detailed engineering packages and production information with accuracy and compliance in mind.
- Collaborate with stakeholders. Maintain and update engineering packages as needed and provide technical guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
- Work across disciplines. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure piping solutions fit seamlessly into the broader vessel design.
- Ensure compliance and support improvement. Confirm that all designs meet applicable requirements and help strengthen knowledge and best practices within the department.
- A Bachelor or Master degree and at least three years of experience in piping systems engineering, ideally in shipbuilding or offshore.
- Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills and experience with complex piping layouts.
- A background working on diverse vessels and navigating demanding project requirements.
- Clear and confident communication in English.
- EU citizenship.

What you’ll do:
- Lead HVAC projects for cruise ships from design to commissioning, ensuring top-quality performance.
- Coordinate with shipyards, suppliers, and factories to meet specifications and deadlines.

- Troubleshoot and optimize HVAC systems for reliability and efficiency.

What do we offer you as Business Development Manager? In return for your hard work, we offer you a € salary based on experience and education. In addition to a fixed salary, there is a variable pay package that evolves with your sales results. This employment can start from 32 hours. Electric car + charging card. Phone allowance + subscription. MC 7 EU & Net allowance. Work from home. Sliding hours (start between 7am-9pm).
